Booking and paying
How do I book?
On each tour page: pick a date and a time in the calendar, choose how you want to pay, enter your hotel. You get a confirmation by email, and we confirm the pick-up details by WhatsApp or email.
How much does it cost?
Golf cart tour from €99 per person (Express, 2½ hours) or €109 (Full Experience, 3 hours). Vintage Model T €125. Catacombs & Appian Way €119, Food & Wine €99, Christian Pilgrimage €95. These are the prices when you pay cash to your driver; paying everything online costs about 25% more. Same price per person whatever the group size.
Golf cart or Model T: what is the difference?
Both are private electric tours with a Roman driver, hotel pick-up in the historic center and the Trevi Fountain ticket included. The golf cart takes up to 7 guests and comes in two lengths: 3 hours (€109 per person) or 2½ hours (€99). The Model T is an electric replica of the 1920s Ford for up to 4 guests: 3 hours, €125 per person.
What does "pay cash to your driver" mean?
You pay a 20% deposit by card when you book, and the rest in cash (euro) to your driver on the day. Cards are not accepted on board, so please bring the amount.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes, the booking system adds a 1.5% fee at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour, whichever way you paid. Within 24 hours the tour is charged in full.
Do children pay?
Children pay half price. The age limit depends on the tour and is shown in the calendar (for example up to 6 on the Model T, up to 8 or 9 on the golf cart tours). Infants sit on an adult’s lap. On the Catacombs tour everyone pays the same price, from age 4.

On the day
Do you pick us up at the hotel?
Yes, if your hotel is in the historic center. Check the address on the pick-up page: you get an instant answer. At the end of the tour we drop you back at the hotel. Staying outside the zone? We send you a convenient central meeting point after booking.
What time do the tours leave?
The main tours leave at 10:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 19:00. The 19:00 tour shows Rome lit up.
How long are the tours?
The golf cart tour lasts 3 hours (Full Experience) or 2½ hours (Express). The Model T tour and the Catacombs, Food & Wine and Pilgrimage tours last 3 hours.
What if it rains?
Every cart and car has rain covers, so the tour goes ahead and you stay dry.
Are entry tickets included?
The Trevi Fountain ticket is included for every adult on the tours that stop there. Entry to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Forum and Vatican Museums is not: the tours show you the outside of the major sights, and your driver tells you the best way to book them. The Catacombs tour includes the catacomb entry and guide.
Can we stop for photos?
Yes, at every stop. The driver knows the best angles and takes the photo for you.
Can I choose the colour of the Model T?
No. We have six colours, bordeaux, black, blue, grey, cream and bottle green, and your driver arrives with the one that is ready that morning.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
No, the vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. A folding stroller can be carried.
Rome’s cobblestones: is it bumpy?
